Big Aztec Corner Bar & Big Dog Gourmet Hot Dogs are a locally owned downtown San Antonio destination located inside the historic Aztec Theatre on the San Antonio River Walk directly above the Go Rio Cruises dock. Steps from The Alamo, the Henry B. González Convention Center, and the Majestic Theatre, we’re a favorite stop for lunch, dinner, Happy Hour, craft cocktails, River Walk nightlife, and late night food before or after Aztec Theatre shows, Live Nation concerts, cruises, and downtown events. Our gourmet hot dogs feature premium HeartBrand Certified Akaushi Wagyu beef franks known for exceptional marbling, tenderness, and rich flavor, served on fresh Japanese milk buns baked daily by Blush Bakery alongside handcrafted cocktails, frozen drinks, local beer, specialty drip coffee from a local roaster, THC seltzers, calm gummies, and alternative beverages. Open daily at 11am, Sunday through Thursday until midnight and Friday & Saturday until 2am, with Happy Hour daily from 11am–6pm and Reverse Happy Hour from 9pm–11pm in a fun and welcoming downtown atmosphere.
